Our online shop SalonProff accept the following options of payment
1. PayPal payment
Payment trough PayPal is safe way to make your purchase on our website at the time you make your order. You will need to sign up for a PayPal account by visiting www.PayPal.com. Once you have registered with PayPal, you can then safely make your purchase without having to give out your credit card number. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
2. Bank Transfer Payment
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, this is fine, just email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you through the ordering process. (Please note: we must have cleared funds before goods are dispatched).
3. Cash payment
If you choose to pay for your goods by cash, you will then need to collect your order from our showroom, Unit 20, Main street, Donabate Town centre.

Our company buy products from Germany, Poland, England, South Korea and other countries. We look for the best products from all over the world, carefully choose them, test and only then offer these products to our clients.
If you are not satisfied with our product, sending or bringing products back to us is not a problem.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directives, you are entitled to return ordered goods within 7 days of receipt. The returned goods must be unopened and unused and in the same condition as when dispatched by us. To return goods please contact us and provide details of the return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage. We will refund the value of the goods to the original account charged. Once the returned goods have been received in a satisfactory condition we shall refund the original account charged within 14 days. Customers are liable for the costs involved in returning unwanted goods to us.
Please carefully examine the goods delivered in accordance with your order.If the goods you receive are damaged please contact us immediately by email: email@example.com. You can return the damaged products for a replacement or a full refund.
Due to hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns of clippers, scissors, tunics (uniforms),manicure/pedicure tools, beauty implements, or razors if they have been used. This list is not exhaustive. Your statutory rights are not affected.
